A historic home turned into a b&b.
When a retired couple sought to turn their home into an eclectic Bed and Breakfast that uniquely expressed their personalities, they turned to Timber & Stone to help. We started with the layout of their 2nd floor which was to undergo a significant renovation. However, the clients decided to do their entire home instead plus an addition. We provided basic architectural services for the whole home renovation and added a single car garage with a shop for the owners. Additionally, we helped throughout construction by reducing construction cost through a more efficient layout. We sought to preserve the unique craftsman character of the home and love how it turned out. It has become the perfect place to stay for a night and wake up with a cup of tea on the beautiful front porch.
