This design is located in the heartland of the flint hills and was in need of a rehab. The clients decided to remodel the old home, but it was an entirely new transformation, inside and out. Some of the highlights of the design include a large garage, bonus room, kitchen, and master suite. We worked closely with the family to ensure success and happiness in the home for a long time.
The design utilizes barn house features like many windows for connecting with nature, barn wood cladding for a rustic-industrial exterior, and trim for a greater level of detail. The clients enjoyed the feeling of industrial modern, so some contrasting colors, metal, and wood are incorporated in the design. Ultimately, the home is saturated with warmth and sunlight to keep the family happy for generations!
