Foster Home Remodel
Our clients asked us to take a look at their existing second floor layout and determine how best the space could be utilized for their ever-changing family. The large primary bedroom was composed of a lot of extra space that could be more efficiently used as the full Primary Suite with adjoining closet and bathroom. The existing bathroom upstairs included the laundry units which the clients wanted to move to the basement, leaving more room for an improved layout. Traditional features such as door and window trim and baseboards were retained or recreated to match the original. We anticipate doing more functional reworking of the downstairs kitchen layout in the future for these clients!
